Warehouse Operations Technician
Following Iron Mountain's acquisition of ACT Logistics, we are expanding our team to deliver world-class, sustainable, and secure technology solutions. We don't just moves boxes-we protect data, give tech a second life, and help the planet by reducing e-waste.
What You'll Do
In this role you will:
Run diagnostics and test functionality on laptops, desktops, and tablets.Evaluate the "health" and physical condition of equipment to determine its next life.Execute certified data destruction-ensuring our clients' most sensitive information is permanently erased.Log specs and quality data into our asset management system with 100% accuracy.Perform minor repairs, hardware updates, and detailing to prepare units for redeployment.What You'll Bring
