Associate Specialist, Talent Acquisition

As an Associate Specialist of Talent Acquisition at our Cartago plant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to your stakeholders, advising management and supporting the high-volume manufacturing roles for the plant. This role will be onsite at our Cartago plant full time.

How you will make an impact:

Assist in the development of multiple talent sourcing options for both active and passive candidates, utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates (e.g., cold calling, job boards, advertising, database and internet searches, and networking and referrals, and anticipate organization needs by ensuring an ongoing talent pool

Participate recruiting activities and may lead sections of strategic talent acquisition projects, processes and programs to fulfill business needs and organizational priorities

Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers to conduct offer negotiations and finalize the hiring process

What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor’s degree and one year of related talent acquisition experience

What else we look for (Preferred):

Talent acquisition work experience recruiting and supporting roles in manufacturing and plant settings

Experience conducting talent‑screening phone interviews, coordinating and participating in interviews, and managing the full talent acquisition process from start to finish

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

Able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English

Moderate knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements relevant to talent acquisition

Moderate knowledge and understanding of industry related terminology

Strict attention to detail

Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to work in a team environment, including immediate supervisor and other team members in the section or group

Ability to build stable working relationships internally
