Title: Associate Specialist, Materials Associate Specialist, Materials (Junior Inventory Specialist) Responsibilities: • Assist with stock counts, reconciliations, and reporting.• Support warehouse and purchasing teams with stock transfers/ordering • Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures• Prepare basic Inventory reports. • Track shortages, overstock, or damaged goods.• Assist in preparing documents for Audits or Inspections. Requirements:• Advanced Excel knowledge.• English Intermediate as minimum • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
