The E3D Administrator is responsible for the configuration, support, and maintenance of the AVEVA E3D (Everything3D) software environment. This role ensures the E3D system is optimized for performance, data integrity, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. The Administrator serves as the key technical liaison between Engineering disciplines, IT, and PMT.
PROJECT 3D MODEL Coordinator
The Project 3D MODEL Coordinator provides 3D support for the project execution team and ensures that the model is maintained and operates efficiently.
The Project 3D MODEL Coordinator reports to the Project Model Manager and is responsible for the following activities including but not limited to:
• Schedule task maintenance
• Database integrity checking
• Design review report
• Reporting
• Resolve system issues
• Create incremental back-ups
• Create and maintain project based 3D job notes
ROLES AND RESPONSBILITIES:
1. E3D Project Administration
2. Support multi-location project collaboration using AVEVA Global.
3. Preparing of Model Review sessions on daily basis as per project Model review specification
4. Multi-Discipline Cats & Specs Administration
5. Coordinate and generate Project Model Review sessions at different Milestones (30%, 60% and90%) as per client specification
6. Guide and Help users to deliver project related deliverables
7. Isometric and 2D Draft Administration
8. MDS / E3D Supports Administration
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 2+ years of experience with AVEVA E3D Administration.
• Proficiency in setting up and managing E3D projects, catalogues, and specifications. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and Organizational skills.
• Should have worked in Multi-Discipline projects.
• PML Experience is preferred.
