Position Overview: We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate Software Engineer specializing in Flutter to join our Product Engineering team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with limited professional experience who has a foundational understanding of Flutter and mobile application development. You'll work closely with senior engineers, learning best practices and contributing to high-quality mobile solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and deployment of mobile applications using Flutter, focusing on smaller features and bug fixes under guidance. Learn and apply coding standards, ensuring the quality and maintainability of your work. Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and contribute to technical solutions. Actively participate in code reviews, both receiving and providing constructive feedback. Work under the guidance of senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Stay curious about new technologies and development practices in the mobile space, particularly within the Flutter and Dart ecosystem.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Up to 1-2 years of experience in programming, with some exposure to mobile application development, ideally with Flutter, through academic projects, personal projects, or internships. Familiarity with Flutter and Dart fundamentals. Familiarity with Git and other code management tools. Basic understanding of software development principles and coding best practices. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
