OverviewThe purpose of this role is to analyze client requirements to build and deliver clinical studies based on specified functionalities. The role also involves supporting the development of solutions for functional requirements and setting up studies for Client UAT and live implementations.
Responsibilities
Understand and build studies as per client requirements.Contribute to the delivery of high-quality configured systems or code.Learn troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.Maintain compliance with training, documentation, policies, and procedures.Prepare required documentation as per SOPs.Collaborate professionally with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.Perform other tasks as necessary.Understand role and contribution relative to project objectives.Regularly utilize the company’s global knowledge systems.Suggest ideas and process improvements for organizational growth.Meet or exceed defined productivity levels.Achieve expected competency levels within defined timelines.Skills & Competencies
Required Skills: MS SQL (2016), Crystal Reports, BOBJPreferred Skills: Basic Clinical Domain Knowledge, SQL SSISEffective oral and written communication skills.High level of professionalism in the work environment.Ability to quickly learn domain-specific knowledge.Commitment to quality standards and support for team quality goals.Ability to adhere to timelines and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.Up-to-date knowledge of industry developments.Strong interpersonal skills.Timely delivery of quality service and work products in adherence to SOPs.Demonstrates responsibility, accountability, and receptiveness to feedback.Enthusiastic commitment to IQVIA’s goals and objectives.Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.0–1 years of experience in software development, preferably in the clinical domain.Additional Information
