OverviewThe purpose of this role is to analyze client requirements to build and deliver clinical studies based on specified functionalities. The role also involves supporting the development of solutions for functional requirements and setting up studies for Client UAT and live implementations.

Responsibilities

Understand and build studies as per client requirements.Contribute to the delivery of high-quality configured systems or code.Learn troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.Maintain compliance with training, documentation, policies, and procedures.Prepare required documentation as per SOPs.Collaborate professionally with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.Perform other tasks as necessary.Understand role and contribution relative to project objectives.Regularly utilize the company’s global knowledge systems.Suggest ideas and process improvements for organizational growth.Meet or exceed defined productivity levels.Achieve expected competency levels within defined timelines.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.0–1 years of experience in software development, preferably in the clinical domain.

Additional Information

Willingness to work extended hours or weekends during emergencies.Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
