A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Shipping Analyst (Associate) position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities: Formulate and track shipping strategies to support overall business objectives Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress on specific areas of concern identified by management Design and implement metrics to proactively detect performance gaps and operational bottlenecks impacting yield Recommend and drive initiatives to improve profitability and reduce operational costs for better yield optimization Lead yield enhancement projects by working closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments Improve overall asset utilization, including vessels and container equipment, by adopting a holistic optimization approach Conduct performance and trend analysis to support ongoing improvements in service offerings   Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Prior experience in the shipping industry, particularly in areas such as shipping operations, trade or network management, sales, or marketing Solid understanding of shipping market dynamics and operations Proven ability in data analysis, problem-solving, and resolving operational challenges Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams or work independently Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of performing under pressure in a fast-moving environment
