You'll work closely with our sales and delivery teams to design less complex yet innovative solutions across multiple technology domains, all while gaining invaluable experience and skills under the guidance of experienced mentors.** **You'll assist in creating managed service solutions tailored to client requirements, helping to integrate technology and service design across various domains.** **Engaging with internal teams and partners, you'll support the development of service design deliverables and ensure that every solution we propose is validated and signed off by technical, service, and costing stakeholders. Your role will be crucial in mapping client requirements against our service elements and coordinating the end-to-end solution development.** **You'll bring a consulting approach to your work, helping to align client needs with our architecture solutions and uncovering opportunities for cost savings and growth. Your input will be vital in identifying all service costs and ensuring a smooth transition from solution design to service delivery teams.** Responsibilities: + Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and business challenges. + Support the daily preparation of service offers using the service catalog. + Match incoming requests with appropriate service offerings. + Independently handle moderately complex tasks. + For more complex or non-BAU (Business As Usual) cases, escalate to and liaise with other team members/ business unite leads + Work closely with product management, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and alignment. + Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and market trends. + Support sales enablement by training internal teams on product capabilities and positioning. Additional Notes: + This is not a client-facing role. + No presentations are required with clients. + No marketing activities or external visits are involved.
