If you are an organized and motivated **administrative professional** looking to start or grow your career in a multinational environment, the role Associate Service Administrator offers the opportunity to learn the full **quotation‑to‑order process** , support customers across Europe, and collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Project Management, and Documentation teams.
Reporting to the Inside Sales Team Lead, you will manage RFQs, prepare quotations, process customer orders, track delivery progress, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the service cycle, contributing to smooth project execution and an excellent customer experience
**In This role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
• Receive and review customer RFQs and prepare quotations based on technical and commercial requirements.
• Enter and validate customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
• Coordinate lead times and delivery information with factories, planning teams, and suppliers.
• Monitor order progress and provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Manage changes to quotations and orders, aligning with Project Managers and Proposal Engineers.
• Ensure required documentation is complete and delivered on time in collaboration with the Documentation team.
• Participate in internal handover meetings and coordination calls.
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow Emerson Trade Compliance and internal procedures.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical, business, or engineering‑related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in administration, sales support, customer service, business operations, or similar roles
• Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a structured process environment and collaborate across teams.
• Strong PC skills and confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
• Basic understanding of IT systems or IT infrastructure.
• Experience using ERP or CRM tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Salesforce).
• Ability to work autonomously, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks.
