The Associate Senior Project Manager for Cytiva is responsible for the execution of technical projects supporting current and future business growth. The projects focus on multiple products for the Cell Therapy business. The project manager has a key leadership role not only with the technical team but across all functions and customers to achieve a successful outcome whilst using Danaher Business Tools and robust project and team management methods. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and delivering projects on time and within budget, while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and quality management systems.

This position is part of the Project Management team located in Signy, Switzerland and will be on-site.

What you will do:

Lead projects and activities related to products, software and digital solutions to ensure business continuity and impactful delivery for the patients and Cytiva’s Cell Therapy business and customers.Manage stakeholders and teams at all levels, driving alignment, communication, and execution of project scope, within timelines and budgets and in adherence to quality standards and internal procedures. Serve as the primary point of contact for the projects.Apply Agile methodologies to plan and execute projects with internal teams and suppliers, proactively identifying risks, resource and budget needs, and mitigation strategies.Influence decision-making in a dynamic environment by leveraging strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to keep projects on track.Consistently demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills. Identify and share best practices to support continuous improvements.

Who you are:

Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering discipline (software, mechanical, electrical, systems, industrial, biomedical, or related discipline) and 5+ years project leadership/management experience within product development in Software Environment, ideally automation and digital products, in the healthcare industry or other highly regulated industry.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams with Agile software development and stakeholders in a matrix environment, to drive projects to completion on time and within budget, while satisfying quality and performance requirements using Project Management Tools and MethodologiesBusiness acumen and ability to influence, demonstrated understanding of different cultures and approaches, ability to lead, follow, work at all levels and in all functions of the organization.Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated experience of working closely with clients and/or suppliers to deliver results. Strong verbal and written communication skills and Fluent in English and French.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Ability to travel – for up to 10% travel (overnight, within EU and USA)Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Familiarity and experience of FDA, ISO regulations and guidelinesDBS
