About the Opportunity:
We are hiring for our client, a reputed full-service law firm, seeking Banking & Finance lawyers across levels and locations. The firm’s strength lies not only in the quality of its work but in its collaborative culture and commitment to professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate finance and security documents

Support or lead financing transactions, including syndicated loans, project finance, and structured finance deals

Advise on regulatory and compliance aspects under Indian banking laws

Liaise with clients, lenders, and counterparties for seamless execution

Supervise and mentor junior lawyers (for Senior and Principal Associate levels)

Requirements:

LL.B. from a reputed law school

2 to 9 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Banking & Finance

Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

Ability to handle transactions independently (depending on seniority)

Excellent client-handling and communication skills
