IT Infrastructure Staff
You will be responsible to maintain, monitor and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure area. Whereby you will be challenged with 50+ servers, various types of network and security appliances, also keeping up with an up to date technologies used within PwC.
Helpdesk Support
You will be first point of contact for all requests, queries and issues (faults or problems) concerning PwC Indonesia provided IT facilities and services. You will be part of a team responsible for the day to day support for PwC Indonesia staffs and partners. In this role, you’ll have a chance to interact with various kind of users in PwC and provide the best solution for them.
Programmer
You will be in charge of developing application systems whether it is a change or modify existing systems or an entirely new system that will have business process impact to the users.
Requirements for IT Infrastructure : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems, Information technology, Computer Science or Engineering.Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.General familiarity with various system architecture and network technologies.Familiar with installing and troubleshooting network equipments and appliances.Experience in maintaining and implementing network protocols and services.Familiar with the utilization of the network performance monitoring system.Familiar with Internet and Intranet networking system and protocols.Familiar with user account management and enterprise deployment is a definite advantage.Working experience in installing and configuring remote access systems and protocols is an added advantage.Working experience in devising and implementing network security system is a plus.Good communication skills, both in English and BahasaGood interpersonal skills, strong attention to service quality with customer oriented attitudeRequirements for Helpdesk Support :
Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management Information Systems, Information Technology , Computer Science or Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) from a reputable universityGood communication skills, both in English and Bahasa IndonesiaGood interpersonal skills, strong attention to service quality with customer oriented attitudeExperience with Microsoft operating systems and office products.Possess strong sense of empathy and a helpful attitude.Understand computer hardware, software, networking and peripherals.Have good analytical and troubleshooting skill in solving computer and IT related problems.Possess strong passion in doing research and evaluation of potential tools and utilities.Understand and experience in IT support ticket and knowledge articles will be an added advantage.Experience with audio, presentation device and video conferencing is an added advantage.Requirements for Programmer :
Bachelor degree or higher degrees in Computer Science or other disciplines with sufficient technical experience and expertise. Fresh graduate are welcome to applyMicrosoft Certified Professional (MCP), and other programming related certification are to be considered as an advantageGood communication skillsStrong client-service attitudeCapabilities to work under pressure with team or minimum supervisionGood analytical and logical skills in understanding user requirements and application design conceptFamiliar with .Net Framework, web-based programming, SQL query languageFamiliar with or have experience in MSSQL database administration is an advantageExperience with mobile application developments is an advantage.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
