IT Business Analyst

Our Tax technology team creates smart digital solutions for our clients and is currently focusing on developing an e-invoice tool. If you have confident project management skills and would enjoy working in a dynamic multinational professional environment, we will be delighted if you could join our team!

Your responsibilities will include:

Playing a key role in conveying client needs to our developers and coordinating the implementation and optimization of our smart solutions including the e-invoice system;

Producing professional support documents (Blueprint documents, user guides, flow charts, test protocols, etc.);

Close coordination and working with our tax team;

During the projects, you will have the opportunity to optimize financial processes, specify and configure financial systems for our clients;

You will have the chance to support the team's work (preparing presentations and proposals, crafting product descriptions).

To be successful in the selection process, you need to possess the following competencies:

At least 2 years of experience in IT Business Analyst or project management fields;

A degree in IT;

Confident communication skills in English, both written and spoken;

Familiarity with the tools needed for documentation (e.g., Office tools, Visio, markdown);

Familiarity with Jira, YouTrack, or other project management tools is considered an advantage;

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure technologies is an advantage;

Familiarity with MS Power Platform, other low-coding platforms, or any programming language is an advantage.

Вашите одговорности ќе вклучуваат:

Вие ќе имате клучна улога во пренесувањето на потребите на клиентите до нашите програмери и координирање на имплементацијата и оптимизацијата на нашите паметни решенија вклучувајќи го е-фактура системот;

Изработка на професионални документи за поддршка (Blueprint документи, упатства за корисници, дијаграми на тек, протоколи за тестирање итн.);

Блиска координација и соработка со нашиот даночен тим;

За време на проектите, ќе имате можност да ги оптимизирате финансиските процеси, да ги специфицирате и конфигурирате финансиските системи за нашите клиенти;

Ќе имате можност да ја поддржувате работата на тимот (подготвување презентации и предлози, изработка на описи на производи).

За да бидете успешни во процесот на селекција, треба да ги поседувате следните способности:

Најмалку 2 години искуство во областа на ИТ Бизнис Анализа или управување со проекти;

Диплома по ИТ;

Сигурни комуникациски вештини на англиски јазик, писмено и усно;

Познавање на алатките потребни за документација (на пр., Office алатки, Visio, markdown);

Познавањето на Jira, YouTrack или други алатки за управување со проекти се смета за предност;

Познавањето на технологиите на Microsoft Azure е предност;

Познавањето на MS Power Platform, други платформи за ниско ниво на програмирање или кој било програмски јазик е предност.
