We're seeking an ambitious property professional to join our Capital Markets team, focusing on office and development investment sales and acquisitions. This position offers significant growth potential within our industry-leading commercial real estate firm.

Your Impact.

In this role, you'll drive successful transaction outcomes by:

Managing office investment and development site sales across multiple price segments

Creating compelling marketing strategies that showcase property potential

Performing sophisticated financial analysis including DCF modeling and feasibility studies

Developing high-quality offering memoranda and client presentations

Overseeing comprehensive due diligence processes

Cultivating relationships with investors, developers and industry partners

Delivering market insights that inform client investment decisions

Contributing to team business development efforts

Your Background.
