What this job involves:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Associate to lead our Singapore field marketing initiatives and drive integrated marketing campaigns for the country. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Singapore, you will take ownership of key marketing functions and serve as the main liaison between global marketing teams and local business stakeholders.
You will effectively leverage global marketing resources to accelerate demand generation and client engagement while leading the localization of global campaigns for maximum market impact. This role offers an excellent opportunity to shape JLL's growth strategy in Singapore while developing expertise as a marketing leader in commercial real estate.
The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive local marketing campaigns that provide unified messaging across all business lines. You will lead client-driven storytelling and champion the adaptation of global campaigns for local market needs, integrating marketing programs with client strategies and insights to significantly enhance demand generation and client engagement.
This position requires a marketing professional who can work independently, think strategically, and execute flawlessly while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven leadership, drive results in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment, and have a comprehensive understanding of business lines, product offerings, and market trends essential for making informed marketing investment decisions.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that integrate local business requirements with global business line objectives for JLL Singapore, ensuring alignment and measurable impact.
Proactively manage and optimize the marketing budget, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI while aligning with business stakeholder expectations and global marketing leadership.
Champion the JLL brand in the Singapore market by utilizing global brand tools and guidelines while identifying opportunities to enhance brand positioning and messaging locally.
Take ownership of customizing global campaign toolkits to fit the local marketing plan and communicate them effectively to local management and business teams.
Drive integrated marketing initiatives by establishing strong working relationships with the communications team, ensuring unified messaging and coordinated campaign execution across all channels.
Establish and monitor marketing objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives, conducting regular performance analysis and presenting actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Partner with the digital team to develop innovative digital marketing approaches that effectively reach target audiences and drive meaningful engagement in the local market.
Adapt and manage social media strategies for local market nuances while fostering a culture of digital innovation and thought leadership.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for conference participation and exhibition presence, building business cases and managing end-to-end execution to maximize lead generation.
Conceptualize and execute high-impact client events that strengthen client relationships and create new business opportunities through effective programming and execution.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop differentiated marketing programs and assets that directly support revenue growth.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of progressive marketing experience with proven success in professional services, real estate, or complex B2B environments, including a track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentations.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools, with the ability to optimize these systems for improved performance.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and web content management systems, and the ability to brief and collaborate effectively with creative teams and our marketing services centre of excellence (JBS).
Demonstrated ability to use AI and digital tools to optimize marketing processes, improve campaign performance, and drive operational efficiency.
Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to art-direct and create professional marketing materials that align with brand standards and business objectives.
Exceptional communication skills in English, with strong presentation abilities; additional Asian language capabilities are highly valued for stakeholder engagement.
Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands, manage complex timelines, and deliver results across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to build consensus, manage expectations, and maintain productive relationships across diverse teams and reporting structures.
Cultural intelligence and the ability to work effectively in Singapore’s diverse business environment while ensuring global brand consistency.
