What You Will Achieve

Conduct bifunctional immunological assays to support vaccine clinical development, adhering to Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP) requirements.

Maintain a detailed inventory of freezer reagents, including controls, proficiency panels, toxins, and reference standards.

Present progress on assay development and sample analysis to colleagues and senior management.

Collect and analyze data to support troubleshooting, qualification, and other lab projects.

Provide critical data review of both clinical and nonclinical data.

Execute sample testing and analysis for toxicology and clinical trials.

Build team skills and collaborate effectively within the work group.

Stay current on all departmental and corporate training.

Organize work to meet deadlines and apply technical skills.

Follow procedures for assigned tasks and seek guidance when necessary.

Qualifications

Must Have

BA/BS degree with 0-3 years of experience

Strong attention to detail

Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment

Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant scientific software

Experience in developing and troubleshooting bioassays designed to assess antibody functionality

Knowledge of Luminex technology

Experience with mammalian cells and aseptic techniques

Nice To Have

Pharmaceutical and biotech drug discovery experience

Knowledge of Luminex technology

Work Location Assignment: On Premise

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $58,500.00 to $97,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
