Job Summary:
As an Associate Scientist, Lab Operations (LCMS), you will focus on operating LC-MS/MS instrumentation in a high-throughput environment with a strong QC mindset. You will support routine extraction and analysis, ensure results meet predefined quality standards, and help drive reliable, timely data delivery for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Operate and monitor LC-MS/MS instruments to generate high-quality data in a high-throughput laboratory setting, following established methods and SOPs
Perform routine sample extraction and front-end liquid chromatography (HPLC/LC) setup to support LCMS analyses
Review and interpret analytical data against predefined acceptance criteria, escalating deviations and supporting quality investigations as needed
Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of LCMS and related laboratory equipment
Accurately document all activities, maintain complete and compliant records, upload results into LIMS, and contribute to procedural updates and process improvements
Work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule to support operational coverage and collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, cytotechnology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience operating LC-MS/MS instruments and front-end liquid chromatography (HPLC/LC), ideally in a regulated or QC-focused laboratory
Experience working in high-throughput or automated environments (for example, using Tecan platforms or similar automation) and strong understanding of laboratory safety practices
Proficiency with laboratory and office software, including LIMS or similar systems and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $41,400.00 - $86,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
