We are looking for a talented Associate Scientist – Formulation Development to join us. Key Responsibilities:

Supporting technical feasibility studies for new formulations and technology transfers. Preparing and updating formulation and validation documentation (batch records, protocols, reports). Supporting manufacturing and packaging trials in compliance with GMP, EH&S, and internal procedures. Reviewing technical documentation generated throughout the process. Participating in investigations and CAPA actions. Using SAP for project and data management. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and project progress reporting.

 

Qualifications:

Education: Pharm.D or master’s degree in chemistry Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in formulation development, technology transfer, validation, or pharmaceutical production. Key Skills: Good knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Scientific curiosity and interest in pharmaceutical innovation. Proficiency with SAP and standard IT tools.
