Responsibilities

Deliver lab studies and customer projects with outstanding impactWrite and present lab study reports to internal collaborators and customers, ensuring clarity and accuracyCollaborate with FAS to engage customers technically, focusing on BDC capabilities and study findingsPartner with Facility and Engineering departments to schedule timely site and equipment maintenance and calibration, ensuring excellent operational readinessDraft and review SOPs, Work Instructions, and Risk AssessmentsOrder laboratory, training, and pantry supplies as neededProvide general administrative and logistical support for BDC projects, meetings, trainings, and events, including maintaining activity logs and regular postings to employee communication platformsMaintain high housekeeping standards for BDC site to improve customer experience, including IT devices and updated marketing collateralsConduct safety and administrative briefings for customers attending training coursesAdhere strictly to all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or similar fields. Recent graduates are encouraged to submit their applications.Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sectorExperience working in a laboratory or GMP environment is preferredProven working knowledge of MS Office Suite and database systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to learn quickly, adapt to constant changing demands, and work independently
