Associate Sales Representative - Acute Care
Work Flexibility: Field-based

What you will do:

Build strong relationships with customers using rapport and open questioning techniques to understand their needs.

Identify sales opportunities for the team by leveraging product knowledge and troubleshooting interactions.

Demonstrate commercial awareness by recognizing multiple stakeholders in the decision-making process and asking appropriate questions to identify them.

Communicate essential features and clinical benefits of products effectively to customers.

Support the development of basic business plans with input from the Business Development Manager and Regional Sales Manager.

Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly planning in partnership with the broader sales team.

Address challenges and setbacks proactively, with minimal impact on revenue or budget.

What you need:

Approximately 1 year of sales experience, preferably within a relevant industry.

Diploma in a related field.

Knowledge of the medical device environment and applicable medical device regulations is preferred.

Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.

Valid driver’s license.

Flexibility to travel frequently for business purposes, with an estimated 80% travel requirement.

Outgoing, persuasive, and able to engage effectively with individuals holding diverse perspectives.

Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to manage change effectively.
