Associate - Retail Valuation
Team - Retail Valuation & Advisory
Location - London
We have an exciting opportunity within our growing Retail Valuation & Advisory team, where you will be specialising in valuing shopping centres, retail parks and supermarkets for a wide range of clients including lenders, investors, institutional funds and REITs. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality Red Book valuation reports, often involving complex cashflows.
You will have a keen eye for detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines. Strong written skills are required to ensure the delivery of clear, accurate, and professional advisory reports.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile assets and contribute to the continued success of an ambitious, dynamic and market leading team.
Responsibilities:
Undertake existing valuation mandates and start to build contacts to attract new businessPrepare valuations and strategic advice to a wide variety of clientsBe able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions under minimal supervisionCoordinate the use of larger teams across the valuation department Promote the service line to existing and prospective clientsStart to develop a profile in the marketplace through building key client relationshipsPlay an active role in the development of more junior team membersPrepare valuation reports, in various formats
