Role Overview

This role will lead JLL's residential brokerage services in Dubai, focusing on expanding our market presence and developing a team of residential property advisors. The position requires strong knowledge of the Dubai residential real estate market, established industry connections, and the ability to build and manage a commission-based team.

About JLL India's Residential Desk

JLL India has been strengthening its residential services platform to complement its established commercial real estate business. The Dubai expansion represents a strategic growth initiative to tap into one of the region's most dynamic residential markets.

The residential team works closely with developers, property owners, and individual clients to provide comprehensive services across the residential property lifecycle. Our residential services include:

Advisory on buying, selling, and leasing premium and luxury propertiesMarket research and property valuationInvestment guidance for HNWIs and institutional investorsProject marketing and sales for developersAdvisory on residential portfolio optimization

This role offers the opportunity to shape JLL's residential service offering in Dubai and build a high-performing team in one of the world's most exciting property markets.

Generate and manage sales leads for residential properties across DubaiAdvise clients on current market conditions, property valuations, and investment opportunitiesConduct property viewings and create compelling property presentationsNegotiate sales terms between buyers and sellers to achieve optimal outcomesMaintain thorough understanding of Dubai's residential property market trendsEnsure all transactions comply with Dubai Land Department regulations and proceduresDevelop and maintain strong relationships with property developers, owners, and investorsCreate and implement effective marketing strategies for property listingsManage documentation and administrative requirements for property sales transactionsManaging a team (of at least 2 individuals) will be good to have.

Required Qualifications

Valid UAE Real Estate Broker registration/license 10 years of total experience in residential brokingMinimum 2-3 years of successful luxury residential broking experience in DubaiThorough knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and the Dubai Land Department proceduresShould have exposure to Dubai market for last 4 years at leastValid UAE driving licenseExcellent understanding of Dubai's neighborhoods, communities, and property developmentsStrong negotiation and communication skillsFluent in English; additional languages considered an advantageProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent networking abilities and relationship-building skillsStrong team handling skills
