Minimum 1.5 years direct sales experience in banking industry. Applicants from any financial services firm, including insurance or independent financial advisory will also be considered

Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications (IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 is a must whereas HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 is preferred) and fulfil the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the RegulatorStrong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication skillsProficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantageHigh level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customersAbility to manage complex interactions effectivelyShown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment

Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.

Work location will be subject to change and to be decided by Line Management upon joining
