Associate Regional Director

Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed-term until November 2027 
Location: Bogota, Colombia (Work from home, must be based in Colombia) 

We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Latin American recruitment efforts for international students aspiring to study in the UK and USA. Based in Colombia, you will oversee and support a growing regional team (currently in Mexico and Brazil), build and manage partnerships, drive student recruitment, and contribute to our overall growth strategy in Latin America.

Please note that this role requires proficiency in both English and Spanish

ABOUT THE ROLELead and manage the regional sales team across Latin AmericaDevelop and execute student recruitment strategies in priority markets (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, etc.)Build and maintain relationships with agents, schools, and local institutionsAchieve enrollment and revenue targets for UK and US partner institutionsRepresent the company at education fairs, webinars, and school visits (virtual and in-person)Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and student preferencesReport on KPIs and contribute to regional sales forecasting and planningABOUT YOU  Proven experience in international student recruitment, education sales, or related fieldProven team leadership and target achievement in a regional contextStrong understanding of UK and US higher education systems and visa processesFluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skillsWillingness to travel regionally and internationallyABOUT US
