Bachelor degree or above, medical related major, solid pharmaceutical or medical sales management experience5 years or above experience in 2nd line sales team management, cross region management experience is a mustSolid people management and development experienceAcute industry insight and data analysis ability, can quickly formulate strategies/plans and execute effectivelyExcellent cross-regional management and channel management capabilities, excellent team management and personnel managementEfficient cross-team cooperation ability, excellent project design and execution ability, excellent key account development and management abilityBe honest and down-to-earth, be positive, challenge taker and with sense of responsibilities, in line with Gilead's values and cultural requirements
