What will you do?
Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process in LATAMImplement targeted attraction strategies using job boards, social media, and other platforms.Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills and compatibility.Ensure a memorable candidate experience from start to finish.Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager and seasoned TA Partners to refine sourcing techniques.Provide insights on recruitment trends and best practices.Drive the hiring process efficiently, meeting our KPIsWhat do you need?
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Advanced English & Spanish skillsPrevious experience working in recruitment positionsDesirable:
Previous experience in business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or related roles is a plusPrevious experience in consultant agencies or multinational companiesTravel Percentage: None
