Responsibilities:
Contribute to research projects through idea generation, data preparation, statistical analysis, and development of actionable recommendationsEvaluate innovative techniques to extract tradable signals from large datasetsResearch and develop advanced model construction methodologiesEnhance the team’s research infrastructure, production systems, and analytics capabilitiesPresent research findings to key stakeholders and develop thought leadership contentMonitor and analyze factor and model performance, and provide regular insights within the firmValidate model output and address inquiries from investment teamsCollaborate closely with investment teams, data science, and technology partners to support research initiatives and model implementationQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or related field1-3 years of experience in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, or related analytical roleAdvanced analytical and quantitative problem-solving skillsStrong programming skills with proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar data analysis languagesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts effectivelyDemonstrated intellectual curiosity and passion for financial marketsAttention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness and a cooperative can-do attitudeCFA designation or progress toward CFA preferredAbout Our Company

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $98,130- $134,930 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
