 What You will Do: 

Work within a team of Quality Engineers to resolve daily product flow issues due to discrepancies from a quality perspective within a Supply Chain Logistics Center Participate in customer discussions and investigations using process data and formal systematic Root Cause / Corrective Action tools to drive product and / or process improvement projects for reducing customer costs Maintain part tracking tools using MS Office of identified hardware Provide status updates on project objectives to Reporting Supervisor and / or Project Leader 

Work Experience

What You Will Bring: 

2-5 years of direct experience performing Quality, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Engineering oriented work with 2 year degree in a technical discipline OR 4+ years of direct experience w/ no degree Work experience within Aerospace & Defense Industry preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Beginner level competency in MS Office Tools Familiarity with blueprint reading / geometric dimensioning & tolerancing a plusFamiliarity with proper gage selection, calibration, and Gage R&R a plus Familiarity with non-conformance material / warehouse management a plus Experience working within and extracting data from an ERP / MRP system a plus Use of statistical based tools for analyses and metrics [e.g. Minitab] a plus 

Pay Range: $26 - $30 hourly rate 

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. 

Work Requirements: 

This role is considered an on-site position located in Atlanta, GA, USA. 

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.   Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.  

Travel requirements: Not Anticipated. 0-5% of travel may be requested depending on business need. 

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
