Associate QA Engineer (CIVP)
**Business Unit:** R&D **Location:** Centre Urbain Nord **Mission:** Join the R&D CoE QA team, where you will play a key role in improving product quality within an Agile (Scrum) organization. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring product consistency and reliability, implementing test plans for both evolutionary and maintenance projects. **Key Responsibilities:** + Define and execute test plans and ensure the application meets the requirements. + Manage component installations and new versions on test environments. + Review technical documentation and produce product builds. + Write end-user and installation manuals. + Analyze product performance and design test scenarios and execute them. + Participate in the automation of the testing activities. + Document and create test reports and benchmark results. + Maintain regular communication with colleagues regarding task progress and potential impacts. + Report to Team Manager. + Work independently on day-to-day tasks while aligning with overall strategic guidance from management. **Education and Experience:** + Engineering degree or Master’s in Computer Science + Functional and user experience (UX) orientation with strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal relations. + Commitment and engagement in work. + Fluent in written and spoken English, with operational proficiency in Italian being a major plus. + ISTQB certification is a significant advantage. + Experience with Scrum and technologies such as Java, Selenium, and Cucumber is a plus. **A little about ADP:** We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
