Structural Heart Business Mission: Why We Exist. Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease. As the Associate Project Manager, you'll be responsible for providing the Program Management tooling and systems’ analytical, logistical, and administrative support that is focused on New Product Development (NPD) within the Structural Heart division. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in analytics, utilizing platforms such as Power BI, Smartsheet, and Tableau who possess excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude, along with strong problem-solving abilities. **What You’ll Work On** + Support developing and maintaining PMO governance for the business. + Develops and maintains PMO SharePoint site, resource management tool, and Smartsheet portfolio reporting tool. + Leads initiatives and projects involving cross-functional teams. + Develops PMO visual boards and acts as data custodian. + Ensures established processes and standards are followed. + Customizes portfolio reporting to meet business needs. + Trains new users on PMO tools. Develops and provides project updates as required. + Create and update procedures, work instructions, and templates as needed. + Provide analytical and reporting support on resource management as needed. + Maintain up-to-date SharePoint and associated documentation on a weekly basis. + Provide support on any other tasks and activities as needed and requested by the PMO leader. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree. + 5+ years of experience in roles of progressively more responsibility. + A minimum of 2 years of Data Analytics Experience. + Experience creating visual dashboards. + Leading small projects and working with cross-functional teams + Effective communication skills. + Demonstrated ability to drive projects and programs to meet business objectives. + Analyzing program/portfolio data and summarizing into actionable information. + Understanding of statistical methods. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Smartsheet, resource management tools, Power BI, Tableau, and SharePoint site. + Programming and customizing Excel database. + Visual dashboard and MS Project. + Experience in the regulated industry. + Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.
