Associate Project Manager
Job OverviewWe are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support and manage client-facing software development projects from initiation through delivery. In this role, you will help ensure timely execution, high-quality outcomes, and effective collaboration across global teams.We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, with a strong interest in building a career in Agile software project management.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, executing, and tracking project plans and sprint cycles to ensure timely deliveryFacilitate key Agile/Scrum ceremonies Monitor progress and support the removal of blockers and impedimentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and stakeholdersWork closely with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and prioritizationCommunicate effectively with stakeholders across distributed/global teamsSupport risk identification, tracking, and mitigation effortsPrepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and documentationTrack Agile performance metrics such as sprint velocity and team efficiencyPromote smooth team collaboration and help address communication challengesContribute to continuous improvement by applying Agile best practices
Required Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role in IT industry.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLCHands-on experience with tools such as:JIRA (tracking, reporting, dashboards)Confluence (documentation and collaboration)Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time managementAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environmentFlexibility to support project needs, including occasional non-standard working hours
Preferred / Nice to HaveScrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or formal Agile trainingFamiliarity with healthcare domain, data, or systemsExposure to Agile reporting and metrics trackingExperience working with distributed or international teams
