**Associate Project Manager**
**Role Overview**
The Associate Project Manager supports the **Organizational Effectiveness (OE) team within US Operations** , working closely with Director‑level OE Leads on initiatives such as organizational optimization, location strategy, third‑party spend, and change management.
This is a **project management support role** , focused on enabling OE Leads to deliver projects efficiently through strong coordination, process improvement support, and basic data analysis. Projects are moderately complex and aimed at improving operational efficiency within the US RBU organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support project planning and execution, including project charters, plans, kickoff activities, and task tracking
+ Monitor timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives (5–8 concurrent projects)
+ Prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and track action items
+ Develop project documentation, dashboards, and reports using **Smartsheet** and MS Office
+ Support process improvement initiatives (Lean, continuous improvement, Kaizen)
+ Participate in workflow mapping, capacity assessments, and efficiency analyses
+ Gather, validate, and analyze data to support KPIs, productivity metrics, and cost savings tracking
+ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and executive‑level status updates
+ Support change management activities and project close‑out
**Skills & Qualifications**
+ Fluent English proficiency
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with attention to detail
+ Experience working with data and basic financial concepts
+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)**
+ Experience with **Smartsheet** or similar project management tools
+ Lean / Six Sigma experience preferred
+ Basic exposure to Power BI or AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) is a plus
