Join Us as an Associate Language Specialist – Make an Impact at the Forefront of Innovation

As part of our global team, you’ll have the opportunity to regularly perform translations for assigned languages and quality checks to ensure a high-quality output to our internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:
•\tPerforms translation tasks including initial translation, revision and quality checks.
•\tUpdates terminology and TM for assigned language(s).
•\tProvides input for the evaluation of translators and reviewers.
•\tMaintains an overview of the specific rules and instructions for assigned language(s).
•\tAttends meetings and supports additional linguistic tasks as required.



Education and Experience Requirements:
•\tBachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
•\tPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years).
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•\t0-2 years proven translation experience, preferred in life sciences translatons
•\tProven Terminology and TM experience required
•\tCAT/TMS tool experience preferred
•\tAbility to multi-task, time management, organization, and attention to detail
•\tExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
•\tProficiency in MS Office suite



Working Conditions and Environment:
•\tWork is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
•\tOccasional drives to site locations with occasional travel both domestic and international
