This Position reports to:

Global Paint Upgrade Sales Support Specialist

 

Your Role and Responsibilities

Work model: onsite

Work in global environment with worldwide ABB internal teams.Manage and support upgrade projects on time delivery to worldwide.Create BOL quotations and support local teams to place UPI BOL order successfully.Good cooperation with internal teams, such as PDP production, logistics and front-end teams.Work for order handling process and documents to ensure all order deliveries are received smoothly.  

Qualifications for the Role

Bachelor’s degree in Electrics & Mechanics, Mechanics or related major2+ years project management experienceFluent in Mandarin and English (both oral and writing) – mustGood interpersonal communications skillA good team playeGood computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications (special in Excel)Available working under time pressure
