This Position reports to:

Mission Statement:

Reporting to the Project Director, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, lead the team to provide excellent performance at each stage of the project, and support PD to complete the target of the business unit.

Main Accountabilities:

Act as key contact for the customer and an internal escalation point for project issues.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including management and customer reporting

Lead the project team to execute the project in accordance with the ABB policy, define a project plan including scope and financial plans, schedule, risk management and HSE

Effectively monitor and control project progress and efficient resource utilization

Monitor and control project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses

Identify, qualify, quantify and manage project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued

Capture, analyze and share lessons learned throughout the project

Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer Ensure a smooth transition from the project team to the service team Living ABB’s core values of HSE and integrity

Education, Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

Education: Bachelor or above, preferably oversea education or work background

Knowledge: Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office and MS Project.

Skills: Fluent English skill both in written and oral, PMI certification.

Experience: More than 2 years’ project management experience, preferably has the purchasing experience.

Extensive experience in project management (More than 2 years) in an international environment, preferably in Robotics engineering

A customer-minded person with strong interpersonal and people management skills

Outstanding planning & organizing skills

Result oriented and stress resistant person

Very good communication skills both oral and written in mandarin and English

Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors
