We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager.

Business: CIB - Client Services Tech

Principal responsibilities

The PMO will assist the CIB - CLIENT SERVICES TECH Project Managers Business Managers in the delivery of support objectives including Financials, Human Resources, Vendor Management and Communications.

The role will focus on assisting to collect data, define metrics, perform ad-hoc analysis and produce Management Information (MI) reports.

Deliverables will focus on Recruitment, Financials, Logistics and Communications. The key aim is to provide a professional service to the global project team and the local management team. The candidate needs to ensure that the information provided is accurate, timely, useful and consistent. Other responsibilities will revolve around process / efficiency improvement and working with Project Manager and Delivery head on projects / ad-hoc as necessary.
