Here’s what you’d do:

The Associate Project Manager assists the project management team with construction documentation and construction management of large-scale site development projects.

You’d be responsible for:

Perform takeoffs using Onscreen Take-off (OST) and gather pricing for estimates Review take-offs with estimating teamManage document control including change orders, billings, field production tracking, purchasing documentation and contract administrationPrepare reports and information as requestedCoordinate between branch administrative office team, field employees, sales team, estimating team and branch management on a regular basisWork closely with clients, vendors, sub-contractors and employees, ensuring exceptional customer service and quality at all times 

You might be a good fit if you have:

B.A in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction industry with field/build experienceStrong work ethicEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentCustomer service experienceProficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Bilingual Spanish is a plus
