Associate Project Manager – Sharepoint and Website
About the job **Our Team:** _Sanofi Global Hub is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions_ _​. Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and_ _Commercial organizations_ _​ in Sanofi, globally._ **Main responsibilities:** + _Ensure on time secure delivery, management, upload, tagging and reporting of all digital assets and content ordered and approved for distribution through the major content management systems (Veeva-CLM, DAM -Digital Asset Management & MedVox system) by collaborating with colleagues from the medical, marketing, compliance, IT and local affiliates as well external agencies, photo studios and other creative sources such as stock libraries._ + _Ensures receipt of Content Manifest including content Approval documentation_ + _Ensure that content is received properly with all added supporting information – key words, focus areas, categories, hotspots as well as other data that should be available within the Content Manifest)_ + _Responsible for quality control and technical viability of assets to be uploaded_ + _Ensure that the tagging and metadata of content is consistent and appropriately applied to all assets_ + _Responsible to upload the content in alignment with instruction provided within the Content Manifest_ + _Fulfil user requests for access to download source content and qualify usage as appropriate_ + _Develop relationships with agencies to ensure the timely provision of content to the DAM_ + _Partner closely with Medical Teams to ensure the most up to date and efficient search capabilities are being applied and used in the most competent way. Analyse metadata, subtypes, search fields, and security policies, and identify inefficiencies and consider new solutions to ensure the DAM and Medvox are being utilized at their highest potential_ + _Create, update, and distribute all necessary digital asset guidelines to ensure that all current processes are followed and kept relevant_ + _Responsible for testing the content within Pitcher platform on performance, content format and on interactive elements (hotspots, links, etc)_ + _Receive QC approval and then distribute content to appropriate user group_ + _Providing training sessions to MSLs or various countries on MedVox/Veeva application and the upload process_ + _Generate platform monthly audit reports on users and content using (Pitcher Reporting and DAM applications)_ + _Generate/publish pre-defined reports as well as ad-hoc analysis reports using approved Applications that help Medical/Commercial teams to make decisions on more effective content usage_ + _Mentor and train incoming rotating contract digital asset specialists, and creates/updates all training guidelines and materials as needed_ + _Build and maintain intranet and internet websites using platforms such as SharePoint, EPiServer, Drupal_ + _Analysing the stakeholder requirements, proposing design solutions over call or creating forms in SharePoint as per their requirement, use Adobe for different countries based on their requirement_ + _Preparing mock-up of site designs if required to suggest stakeholder on the various site design possibilities_ + _Taking full ownership of managing the Global Sanofi Hub Site administrative activities like providing access to team members, setting up unique permissions for libraries/ pages if required, creating libraries helping team members in uploading files or solving queries related to SharePoint_ **People:** + Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders + Liaise and coordinate with colleagues in Medical function to receive content for Veeva, MedVox and DAM distribution + Co-ordinating and performing QC activities to ensure quality check validation **Performance:** + Manage receipt of Content Manifest including content Approval documentation + Perform initial QC on content to test rendering, performance and interactive + Perform trouble shooting content-related technical issues + Distribute content to appropriate QC user group + Distribute content to appropriate user group + Generate/publish platform reports (pre-define and or ad-hoc analysis reports, audit reports on users/content) + Enhance content structure and digital asset management learnings + Build and maintain intranet and internet websites **Process:** + Follow detailed guidelines (for example checking hotspots which have links to pdf review of the content for spot assessment, format, expiration date, tagging, validating MMRC#) + Good understanding about MedVox, DAM and Pitcher application + Effective understanding on content structure + Secure adherence to QC process to maintain quality requirements **Stakeholder:** Builds and maintains solid partnerships with assigned stakeholders to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate internal work and communications About you · **Experience** : _5+ years relevant work experience with solid understanding of principles, standards, and best practices of web content management/Digital Asset Management preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare space_ · **Soft skills** : Strong communication skills(written & verbal) , innovative and creative thinking , capable to influence and motivate · **Technical skills** : _Technical knowledge of content management tools (Sharepoint online, Sharepoint 2007/2010, Sharepoint Designer, Pitcher, DAM, Veeva CLM, Kadridge or other CLM too optional_ **,** _proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe PDF and Photoshop_ · **Education:** _Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, computer science, communications, web/graphic design, or related field_ · **Languages** : _Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)_ Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
