Find your future with us. **Boeing Defense, Space & Security** (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an **Associate Project Management Specialist** to support the Manufacturing Portfolio in **Heath, Ohio.** **Position Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with and assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing project needs, track and report progress + Supports the Project Manager in customer relationships building and stakeholder engagement + Assists in managing project documentation including creating and maintaining charts, reports, etc + Participates in maintaining, analyzing, and producing metrics related to plans + Follows up on roadblocks, problem areas, and bottlenecks impacting project areas, facilitates effective communication among stakeholders + Seeks feedback from team members to help come up with possible solutions, improvements, or roadblock removals, evaluate impacts of proposed solutions, implement solutions + Drives completion of project tasks and project assignments with minimal oversight **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor’s Degree or higher + Experience in program or project management + Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) + Ability to work both in a professional office environment and a manufacturing area **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Experience in a manufacturing environment + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to convey complex information clearly to audiences and cross functional teams + Professional, strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, with ability to identify issues and help coordinate/implement path forward with team **Work Location:** This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
