Job DescriptionThis role is an exciting opportunity to join Bosch Digital (BD) to help shape and support local infrastructure, SaaS/cloud migration, and application support projects. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver business value through improved application support maturity, strong project coordination, and alignment with global BD products and services. This is a 1-year fixed term (possibility of extending) opportunity based at our Clayton headquarters
What You’ll Do
Working with BD internal customers to coordinate and deliver local infrastructure initiatives and cloud/SaaS migration/on-boarding projects.Improving support maturity for local applications, identifying gaps and implementing enhancements.Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders; manage expectations and deliver on promised value.Use standard Bosch BD templates to help build Project Charters, track tasks, and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.Regularly reviewing project status with customers, mitigate risks, and promote collaboration across teams.Review and refine the current support framework for local apps used by Bosch, especially as we migrate to the new IT Service Management tool (ServiceNow).Consult with customers to understand their needs, match requirements to existing Bosch products or services, and escalate or refer custom requests where required.QualificationsWe are looking for an innovative thinker who works well in a team environment, is results focused and displays a high level of attention to detail.
You will have recently completed relevant undergraduate degree (e.g. IT, Business, Computer Science or similar)
