Associate Product Manager - Packaged Investment Products

**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the daily operations and strategic oversight of its Packaged Investment Products suite, tailored for brokerage clients. This suite includes Unit Investment Trusts (UITs), Exchange-Traded Products (ETPs), Mutual Funds, 529 Plans, and Closed-End Funds (CEFs).
**In this role, you will:**
+ Work with all channels within Wells Fargo Advisors
+ Manage new product onboarding and approvals for the platform
+ Manage operational procedures and collaboration with Operations Team on product set up
+ Work with product vendors to solve issues and enhance FA and client experience
+ Support and maintain sales force product knowledge, assisting with trading systems, and resolution management
+ Compile and manage sales data for channel specific and firm wide sales reporting in addition to customized reports for senior management
+ Developing and/or enhancing risk management tools consistent with firm principles and policies
+ Collaborating with partners including Financial Advisors, Business Development Group, and Compliance teams on educational and marketing initiatives
+ Assisting with training protocols and channel communications regarding educational initiatives
+ Ensuring policies and procedures adhere to compliance and regulatory standards
+ Collaborate and consult with project teams, internal partners and stakeholders, including vendors and third parties
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 6+ months of Product Management experience, marketing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Financial services industry experience, Brokerage industry experience is ideal
+ Demonstrated knowledge of Packaged Investment Products
+ FINRA registration including Series 7 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
+ FINRA registration including Series 63 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
+ Demonstrated professional written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong technical and analytical capabilities
+ Knowledge of complex products
+ Attention to detail and well organized
+ Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
+ Ability to work with internal partners to achieve results
+ Experience working in a team environment
**Job Expectations:**
+ This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
