The Associate Product Manager will focus on designing and developing home products—from concept through production—that balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost-effectiveness. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, sourcing and merchant teams, and vendors to bring ideas to life and ensure products delight our customers.

Essential Functions:

Research trends in home design, lifestyle, and consumer needs to inspire new product concepts.Evaluate materials, finishes, and construction methods to ensure durability, sustainability, and cost efficiency. Work with the Product manager and a cross-functional teams on a daily basisDetermine needs and identify new opportunities to drive competitive advantageWork with the Product Manager in the production of new products that reflect market trends and match customer needsConduct market research on key fashion items.Present and sells seasonal concept and product ideas to merchandising teamEnsures that all final design details and pre-production samples are approved (with merchandising and sourcing partners). Ability to communicate clearly to a variety of vendors to relay product comments and requirementsProvide input to seasonal concepts and presentation set-upsRecommend effective processes and procedures to improve workflow and results

Education / Experience Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years Product Management ExperienceBachelor's DegreeMicrosoft, Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, PLM experience a plus
