Who You Are:

The Associate Product Manager is a key member of the Michael Kors Digital Product Team, combining product operations and execution support with opportunities to own and improve parts of the product. As the associate product manager, you will help keep the team organized and moving forward while also getting hands-on experience owning small features, analyzing user data, working with design and engineering, and contributing to user experience improvements. This is a great position for someone who wants to learn the ropes of product management while making a real impact. You are motivated, detail-oriented and curious about how products are built and are looking to grow into a product manager role.

What You’ll Do:

Maintain up-to-date documentation including product specs, user stories, and release notesTrack project status, and support the team in staying alignedAssist with internal tools and platforms (Jira, Confluence, etc.)Support coordination amongst product team members and cross-functionallySupports product managers in defining product strategy and roadmapOwn small features or iterative improvements from discovery to deliveryHelp prioritize features and write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirementsAnalyze product usage data and user feedback to identify pain points and opportunitiesConduct user research to inform product decisionsAdvocate for the user by helping to validate solutions before they’re builtAssist in validations to help ensure final product meets business requirements before launchWork closely with the production support team to analyze reported issues and help translate production issues into actionable backlog items

You’ll Need to Have:

3-4 years of experience in a product-related or adjacent role (e.g. product ops, QA, support, design, business analyst, etc.)A passion for luxury experiences and understanding of the luxury consumerHighly organized and proactive; able to juggle administrative work while thinking critically about user needsExperience within the corporate retail industry preferredStrong written communication and documentation skillsAbility to analyze information and make data-informed decisionsComfortable with product tools (or quick to learn) (e.g. Jira, Confluence)Nice To Have: Experience in Agile teams, working with devs/designers, or familiarity with metrics

Compensation Range: 

$95,000.00-$110,000.00
