We can't wait getting to know you and share more about our values and local benefits **\.** **What awaits you:** * Develop customer product from first system concept through quote, prototyping, validation and towards a fully released product in mass production * Ensure proactive requirements and risk management for all technical aspects * Ensure that customer specifications as well as cost targets, design\-to\-manufacture and timing goals are met * Knowledge about and compliance to the customer specific requirements * Seek for and achieve customers’ buy in to utilize standardized development and validation testing, if and where useful and applicable * Act as technical liaison between product development teams and the customer and all other internal functions like design, manufacturing and industrialization * Supervise product testing including handling of hazardous substances, interpretation of test results, introduction of the necessary actions and modifications as required to ensure that all requirements are met * Support flawless launches by planning and controlling all technical issues related to assigned project and support the Program Manager in delivering highest quality solutions to our customers * Provide product engineering expertise in a professional manner during customer visits and audits, with the team as well as in collaboration with other departments \(e\.g\. manufacturing\) * Act as a Technical Project Lead Engineer with responsibility for a technical team in small/medium complex projects **Qualifications** **What you’ll need to succeed:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable education * Blow molding or injection molding product design knowledge including welding and assembly is a strong plus * Fluent English required **Recruiting Company:** Kautex **Primary Location:** Mexico-Puebla-Puebla **Job Function:** Engineering **Schedule:** Full-time **Job Level:** Individual Contributor **Job Type:** Entry Job **Shift:** First Shift **Travel:** Yes, 5 % of the Time **Job Posting:** 12/08/2025, 3:04:15 PM **Job Number:** 337590
