Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY The Retail Product Compliance job family is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of product-related data across enterprise systems. This team plays a critical role in enabling seamless product lifecycle management - from initial setup to ongoing maintenance - by coordinating technical documentation, regulatory submissions, and system configurations. KEY RESPONSIBILITY & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Coordinate basic product setup and maintenance in systems, ensuring accurate entry of technical files, attributes, and regulatory classifications such as taxability. - Format and input documentation components with attention to detail. - Establish product-to-store relationships to support inventory and billing. - Perform initial recipe setup and basic cost entry for in-store produced items. - Conduct unit conversion calculations to support system consistency. - Monitor lifecycle indicators and system flags to support product status transitions. - Assist in data cleansing by identifying duplicate or outdated records. QUALIFICATIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS: Entry individual contributor in a professional role. Receives detailed instructions and works under close review and supervision in a developmental environment. Applies learned theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to work assignments. Majority of work efforts are focused on supporting implementation or delivery of processes, programs, and/or policies and are not typically difficult or complex. Learns how to develop internal working relationships. Bachelor's degree or role-relevant experience. No previous professional experience required. - Experience in Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to detail - Communication and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS: - Function in a fast-paced, office environment - Travel by car or plane with overnight stays - Work extended hours; sit for extended periods. - Occasionally lift 20 lbs or more The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Partner encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
