**Job Summary and Qualifications**
Job Summary
The Associate Product Analyst supports the Accelerated Technology (AT) department by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure product maturity, compliance, and alignment with HCA’s operational and regulatory standards. This role is not focused on support or requirements gathering, but rather on strategic product analysis, compliance evaluation, and infrastructure recommendations. The analyst will become a subject matter expert on internal best practices and contribute to the evolution of the AT product portfolio..
+ Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Client Support Services, Engineering, IAM, Security) to ensure product compliance and maturity.
+ Monitor and assess AT products against HCA’s operational excellence and regulatory standards.
+ Develop subject matter expertise in HCA’s best practices, compliance frameworks, and security protocols.
+ Work with project teams to define functional requirements and design solutions that meet business and technical needs.
+ Identify and escalate project risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.
+ Create and maintain a toolkit for assessing compliance and risk across the AT product suite.
+ Conduct gap analyses between current and future product states and develop strategic plans for product maturity.
+ Recommend enhancements to data product infrastructure, business/clinical processes, and policies that drive business value.
+ Ensure data product solutions meet defined requirements and contribute to departmental goals.
+ Document findings, strategies, and recommendations clearly and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred
+ 1–3 years of experience in product analysis, compliance, or IT project work.
+ Strong understanding of data products, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
+ Excellent communication and documentation skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
+ Familiarity with healthcare IT standards and practices is a plus.
