Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Procurement Agent to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Position Responsibilities:

Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supplyPrepares and executes proprietary information agreementsSupports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreementsCommunicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 1 year of experience in supplier management or supply chain managementMore than 1 year of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processesMore than 1 year of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier managementMore than 1 year of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higherMore than 1 year of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacityMore than 1 year of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontractsMore than 1 year of experience negotiating directly with suppliersMore than 1 year of experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $56,100 - $69,300

Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
