What you will do - 

Conduct analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations Troubleshoot problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solutionAssess product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Acts as local on-site representative to customer's organization

 

What you need –

 

Required –

2+ years of relevant experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be computer literateMust be able to analyze and resolve equipment issues using independent judgmentMust be able to follow and explain detailed instruction troubleshooting and inspection proceduresMust be able to logically diagnose issues and systematically solve problems

 

Preferred –

Microsoft suite experience

Travel Percentage: 10%
