Principal responsibilities
Support Resource Practice with regular and month-end reporting of GTC HeadcountSupport monthly Governance reporting, by ensuring alignment of resources to Region/Market/Portfolio/BU as against agreed FRPIdentify un-allocated resources and follow-up with respective Line managers or PMO contacts for resolutionReconciliation of GTC headcount with inputs from various sites, teams and service providersRaise Resourcing exceptions and irregularities with concerned teams and ensure appropriate actions are takenMaintain absolute hygiene in Clarity with respect to resource profiles and timesheet governanceAssignment of Clarity tasks for unallocated resources and maintaining proper records of the same to facilitate month-end reportingMaintain track of un-billed resources (long leaves, shadow resources, resources on non-funded roles) and reporting of the sameIssue monthly MI to region/market/LoBs on GTC resources aligned to them, with information on total number of allocated resources and also calling for actions on the un-allocated resourcesSupport GTC function in the hiring process, and facilitate co-ordination between hiring managers and HR contacts in exchanging dataSupport Practice/Portfolio leads with ad-hoc headcount data, headcount projections, reconciliation and related queriesAct as a 'single source' for all resource related data/MI across GTC teams/sitesMaintain Real time resourcing data across GTC sites
