Material Management: Overseas EBS creation, modification and handling of materials

Staging Process and Review: Initiate and monitor the staging cycles

Quality Assurance: Ensures accuracy and completeness of material data

Material Release: Manages plant and distribution chin release

Stakeholder Coordination: Bridge marketers and staging owners

Job Responsibilities:

Material Creation & Extension

Facilitate ‘Phase-out’ and ‘re-activation’ of obsoleted items

Changing existing material

Changes that can not be processed and requests shall be rejected:

Flag/ Un-flag ‘Batch Management’ field

Change of Division

Start the Staging Process

Monitor the Staging Cycle. In case item(s) is/ are stuck in a particular staging step (>2 days) follow up with the stage owner for movement to next logical step

Release material when staging is completed

Working Hours: Night Shift  ( 4 OM to 1 AM)

Minimum Qualifications:

MBA /Masters in any stream

2-3 years of Supply Chain, Master Data or related experience

Good communication skills

SAP Knowledge

Master Data handling knowledge will be an added advantage

Power BI, Macro experience is preferred
